DUMPING AT SEA REGULATIONSMacRobert wishes to draw your attention to the following important notice
The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of sections 83(1)(g), (h), (k) and (r) of the NEM:ICMA, published the Dumping at Sea Regulations. The Regulations provide for, inter alia, the requirements for an application for a dumping permit in terms of section 71(1) of the NEM:ICMA as well as for an application for emergency dumping to be made in terms of sections 71 and 72 of the Act.
